I just don’t understand. You bitch and complain about our hotel, and our staff, and your lack of cell service, and yet, you still continue to stay here every week. If we are THAT awful then go somewhere else.

we use salt. But, still, regardless, people like to complain that the pool has too much chlorine, and for x reason, we need now need to compensate them.
